. Express delivery tracked within 24 hours*, with signature - we work with different service providers: Chronopost, UPS, TNT, DHL, DPD.

2/ GERMANY:

. Tracked delivery in 3/4 days - with signature - we offer this delivery method from 90€ of purchase!

4/ OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, which are not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amount of these taxes may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We process and send your orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday or on public holidays, your order will be processed the next business day.

Delivery costs will be indicated to you after having entered the destination address and indicated your delivery method, in step 2 of the delivery process.

Return without fear, it's free in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Germany and it's very simple!

Return shipping costs are our responsibility in mainland France and Corsica, as well as Germany*. In other territories they are your responsibility.

We usually accept returns for 30 days from the date your order was paid.

Make sure that the products have not been worn outside of the fitting, washed or damaged and that their cardboard label has not been removed.

*We cover the return costs once in those territories. For any additional requests, the costs will be at your expense.

We will send you by return email the return label to stick on your package (for mainland France and Corsica).

2) Prepare the package:

. Make sure that the products have not been worn outside of the fitting, washed or damaged and that their cardboard label has not been removed.

. Stick the return label sent by email (for Metropolitan France and Corsica).

. The return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt or a handwritten note with the order number.

3) Ship your package:

Don't forget to collect your stamped deposit voucher and keep it well.

4) We reimburse you:

Upon receipt and verification of your package:
- we return the item of your choice to you
- we will reimburse you the difference if there is.

The refund is made using the same means of payment that was used for the transaction - unless you indicate otherwise!

We will reimburse you within 10 working days after receipt of your package at our premises.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been made.

**For all returns or refunds, please note that express/colissimo delivery costs will not be refunded and will remain the responsibility of the customer**

* Order placed from Monday to Friday: if you place your order before noon you will be delivered the next day, otherwise the day after.
Order placed on Saturday or Sunday: your order will be delivered to you on Tuesday.
